It is nice to be able to work with someone who knows what it’s like
Working on what you feel or what has happened to you often takes a lot of courage. From my professional background, I can assure you that you are in good hands with me. Moreover, I know from my own experience what it is like to be in pain. To be insecure. Not knowing for a moment or for a long time. To be searching for yourself and to give certain traumatic experiences a place in order to live instead of survive.
Power to build
The dark clouds broke open for me when a body oriented therapist made me aware of my strength. Strength yes, because otherwise I would never have come this far. One of my strengths? I am a builder. For myself and for others. I have used all my experiences to become a richer person myself.
Live gives me even more meaning when I can also help other to work on their problems sooner and faster. Your strength? We will discover it together. I will ask you the same question that I was asked: What was the movement that you wanted to make then. Or if your experience is more recent, we will make the question more topical. That is what it is all about; how do you get a grip again.
